Payment Methods

Paying an Invoice

If you signed up for Paperwork through one of our sales representatives you will receive an invoice by email. You can pay your invoice using the following payment methods:

Credit Card

Your invoice will include a link to pay your invoice by credit card. You can also choose to have future invoices automatically charged to the same card.

Cheque

Canadian Dollar and US Dollar Cheques are accepted at the following address:

If you send payment by cheque, please also send remittance advice to ar@paperworkforms.com

Electronic Funds Transfer/Direct Deposit

Canadian customers can send payment by EFT/Direct Deposit. Please email ar@paperworkforms.com to register and receive our account details.

Online Signups

When you signed up, you would have been asked to provide your credit card details. Your subscription will renew automatically and be charged to your credit card. You can change your card or subscription details in your Paperwork settings.
